　　压力控制器简介

　　公司生产的压力控制器（或称为压力开关），是采用进口电气组件及引进国外的先进技术和生产工艺配套生产的。主要应用于工业过程测量和控制系统，对被测介质的压力进行定点控制。

　　Brief Introduction

　　Pressure Controllers (also known as Pressure Switches)introduce advanced electric components and manufacturing processfrom foreign origin, are used for point to point pressure control inindustrial process measurement and control systems.

　　压力控制器工作原理

　　控制器产品在制造生产时每种产品都有其特定的工作压力范围（量程），在此范围内客户可预先设定好需要开关工作的压力值，此值也称压力开关的设定点。在接入系统后，当被测介质的压力大于（小于）设定点时传感器产生阶越信号，触发控制器内部的微动开关，使系统回路打开（闭合）。控制器通常配置一个SPDT 型微动开关，每一个SPDT开关均可设定为常闭或常开状态，设为常开状态时，当微动开关动作则使系统回路闭合。常闭状态是使系统回路断开。

　　Working Principle

　　When building controller products, each of these has a certain working pressure limit(working range).Within this limit, the pressure value atwhich you want the switch to act can be predetermined, this pressurevalue is also called “set-point” of the switch. Where in service, whenprocess pressure varies beyond (greater or lower than) the set-pointvalue, a sensor acts to operate an internal microswitch to turn on or turnoff the system loop. A controller is normally equipped with a SPDTmicroswitch, the SPDT switch can be set Normal-Open or Normal-Closed. Under Normal-Open condition, the action of the switch turns on the loop, while Normal-Closed, it turns off the loop.

　　本安型防爆：全系列开关均不产生也不储存电能。因此可在本安回路中正常工作。而不需要防爆认证，但回路中的电量要符合EXI，安装要依据相关标准。通常对于低压和低电流的本安回路建议用金触点或密闭触点。

　　隔爆型防爆：根据GB标准设计，具有坚固的腔体，可防止开关工作时产生的电弧引燃外界的危险性易燃易爆气体，如有需要可换装密闭型微动开关。

　　Isolated Type Explosion-proof: Designed according to GB standard,solid enclosure prevents the electric arc of switching operation from igniting the hazardous flammable and explosive gas outside, sealedmicro switch can be used if necessary.
